Ashlynn Hargrow

Throws Coach

Welcome athletes, my name is Coach Ashlynn Hargrow. I am a throws coach who threw hammer and discus all four years at The University of North Texas on their Track and Field team. I was also a team captain. My little brother is now a shotput and discus thrower at ACU, so you could say that throwing is in my blood. Since graduating, I have taught both young men and women how to throw shot put and discus. I would love to coach athletes in the hammer throw, but as a high school coach in Texas I have not had that opportunity yet. I am super passionate about coaching young throwers on how to get to the next level, and would love to teach you how to be the best thrower and athlete with the Frisco Primetime Track and FIeld Club.
